Interlachen Country Club Dinner Meeting Topic: Microsoft Excel 2010 Tips and Tricks (2 CPE)

Join us as Ryan Blazei walks through an overview of “New Excel” (versions 2007 and newer) and how it compares with “Classic Excel” (versions 2003 and older). He will touch on the new interface and why replacing your custom toolbars with the ribbon is not as bad as it initially seems, the five new spreadsheet functions added to "New Excel", and why you need to start using Tables when working with data. Some of the new features in Excel 2010 that will be showcased are PivotTable Slicers, Sparklines, improved Conditional Formatting, and PowerPivot. Ryan will also touch on tips and tricks useful in accounting and reporting in addition to sharing some of his top resources for learning more about Excel.
